For years, Alex’s MVP Cards has had a reputation of having a very rude owner & overpriced wax/singles. That rings just as true in 2026 as it did in 2013 when I started collecting. No one at the shop shows any level of interest in trying to help you, and will basically shun you…

Good people at this store and frankly, that’s all you really need to get my support. Nice selection of products for all sports including comics, Pokemon, WWE etc. Fair market pricing for NYC.

Best card store in New York! Owners constantly are teaching and educating my boys on collecting cards. The owners are extremely patient and helpful. 5 stars is not enough to describe how amazing the store is.

Came from London on the search for some Marcel comics and this place was the best! Super friendly staff and great comic selection. Highly recommend!
