What the Service is

The Service is a free, informational directory of local game stores. We are an independent community project and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any store listed here or by Wizards of the Coast.

Accuracy of listings

Store information is gathered from public sources and community submissions and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Always confirm hours, inventory, and details with the store directly before relying on them. We provide listings “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy.

Community submissions

When you submit a store, you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use, edit, and publish submitted information in the directory. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam listings.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the directory without permission.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

“Magic: The Gathering” and related marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. Store names and marks belong to their respective owners. We reference them only to identify the stores and products in the directory.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its information.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
