Drove all the way up from Miami and visited during the hours they claimed to be opened but the shop was closed. I find it inconsiderate and unprofessional to not do something so standard and basic as updating hours, even a simple IG post would be good. For anyone that's thinking…

Stopped by one evening during store hours and the sign said they’d reopen at 5:20PM, which is an odd time for a break, but I decided to wait. Waited until 5:30PM and no one was there, and when I called the store, I was hung up on. Very unprofessional.
