Video Game Trader in Buford has operated since 1999 as one of the Southeast's oldest retro video game stores, but their TCG section is a genuine addition: Magic, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Star Wars Unlimited with singles available through their TCGplayer Pro storefront. Two Georgia locations make them a dual-purpose stop for retro game hunters and card players alike.

I drove 45 minutes to this store to sell some systems and games only to be told they don't buy games during the holidays (it was the Sunday after Thanksgiving) or on Sundays. The website says they buy games everyday as long as you come before 5. I asked when I could come back…
