I’ve not been in their shop but I have attended a large scale tournament they hosted in the area. It was expertly ran and organized. Would definitely recommend them for more events of that caliber.

For running a Gundam regional, it was poorly managed and had a lot of miscommunication. They don't follow their own time schedule and players received an auto loss. The side events gotten worse when Digimon and Union Arena got added in the schedule. People had to wait in line…
