Nice store with a good selection. However, with the latest release of Pokemon the store has increased the typical MSRP by around 200%. Seem to be more interested in gouging customers to make a profit instead of letting customers enjoy the product at a relatively normal price.

Terrible customer service. Would not take back a brand new still sealed product that was a duplicate Christmas gift even with a receipt. I've spent hundred of dollars here over the years, but between this and the above msrp pricing I'll drive to Rochester to get my games.
