Staff was friendly, customers taught me to play riftbound. Also the only place I've found in Chicagoland selling riftbound packs for 6$. Have regularly seen places sell for 2x that.
They have a surprisingly decent selection of board games considering their small footprint, and their prices are acceptable. You can usually find a good deal on something 10-30% off on occasion too, if you aren't picky.
